With the support of the project, the City of Lviv produced The Integrated Development Concept (IDC) for the Historical Old City of Lviv. The concept was formally adopted by the Lviv City Council on the 21st April 2011, and was the first of such concepts to be adopted in Ukraine.
To ensure that the renovation and modernization of public spaces and buildings are appropriate to cultural heritage and conform to professional standards, the project supported the City of Lviv in drawing up a set of Design Guidelines or rules for works in the historical old city.
